Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Troy Aiken enjoyed one of the longest and most successful NFL careers of any football player. The first round draft came out of UCLA, where he was the number two passer in the school’s history, landing him in the College Hall of Fame. In 1989, the Hall of Famer transitioned to the NFL and right out of the gate, Celebrity Speaker Troy was a force to be reckoned with. Just three years later, Sports Speaker Troy was leading the Cowboys to their first Super Bowl appearance in nearly fifteen years, where his team crushed the Buffalo Bills in a blowout game. It was in this game that Troy won the Super Bowl MVP. During his time with the team, Celebrity Speaker Troy led the Cowboys to two more Super Bowl championship wins in 1993 and 1995. By the end of his professional career, the revered quarterback was the Cowboys’ leading all-time passer as well as third in the NFL for career wins behind Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. In 2006, he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Dallas Cowboys Ring of Honor, the latter was with former teammate Michael Irvin.

Once he stepped off the field, Troy found success behind the mike as a color commentator and analyst on Fox; he has also been a broadcaster for several Super Bowl games and hosts a weekly radio show. His fame even permeates into television; Troy was featured in an episode of The Simpsons with fellow star player Dan Marino. He’s one of the greatest football players of all time, and also has one of the biggest hearts; Troy is the chairman of the Troy Aikman Foundation, a charitable organization which focuses on providing support to ill children by performing kind acts such as building play places at the hospitals. Though he was the spokesperson for Acme Brick throughout his playing career, the Hall of Famer is also a spokesman for Wing Stop, Rent a Center, and IDLife.
