Ronda Rousey can pack a punch, and that is why she is one of mixed martial art’s greatest athletes. Two years later, Celebrity Sports Speaker Ronda was rewriting the history books as the first U.S. athlete to win two Junior World Championship medals—but she didn’t stop there. At the 2008 Beijing Olympics Ronda walked away with a bronze medal, becoming the first American woman to win any Olympic medal in the history of women’s judo, which was added as an Olympic sport in 1992. Her hard work continues to pay off and in 2014, she won the ESPY for Best Female Athlete; the award for Best Male went to Kevin Durant. Ronda made her move to the big screen in 2014. She starred in 2014’s The Expendables 3 as well as Fast and Furious 7 with Dwayne Johnson, Vin Diesel, and Tyrese Gibson.
