One of the most well known American golfers on the Ladies Professional Golf Association Tour Natalie Gulbis knows what it’s like to break into the pro ranks at a young age. She was just 14 years old when she participated in her first LPGA Tour event and joined the tour in 2001 at the age of 18. Since joining the LPGA Natalie has experienced success on the course as well as becoming a full-blown TV personality.

After competing in her first official LPGA Tour event when she was only in high school, the California native graduated at 16 and deciding to play her college golf at the University of Arizona. Natalie was a teammate of fellow LPGA great Lorena Ochoa and the two helped lead the women’s golf team to a 2000 National Championship win. Over her career on the professional circuit she has amassed 4 wins and 7 top-10 finishes while also placing 4th at the 2005 U.S. women’s open and 3rd at the 2006 Kraft Nabisco Championship. Her first professional win would come at the 2007 Evian Masters in France, a tournament that was added to the list of official major tournaments in 2013. Natalie was also a member of the U.S. team for the Solheim Cup 3 times so far during her career.

Sports Speaker Natalie has also been a pioneer in women’s golf as far as TV fame goes, securing her own reality TV show on the Golf Channel called The Natalie Gulbis Show and writing a monthly advice column in the men’s lifestyle publication For Him Magazine. She is an avid partner with the Boys and Girls Club of America and was a contestant on Celebrity Apprentice in 2009 in which she donated her money in the show to the charity. Natalie has appeared in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition while participating in ad campaigns for brands like Taylor Made/Adidas, SkyCaddie, Winn Golf Grips, and Michelob Ultra.
