Sports Speaker Michelle Beadle got her start as a sports broadcaster and television personality as an intern for the San Antonio Spurs. What most people do not know is that she was initially set on becoming a lawyer, but in the end decided to pursue a different career path, most definitely one of the best choices she ever made. After growing up in Texas, Michelle was and still is a huge fan of the Spurs, and soon she began to find her niche in front of the camera as a reporter. She hosted several reality and entertainment themed shows, from’s What You Missed Over the Weekend to features on The Travel Channel, The Discovery Channel, and Animal Planet. Michelle has also walked the red carpet, reporting for high-profile events such as the Golden Globes and the Grammys, but the Texas native began to gravitate towards sports. In 2009, Michelle had her breakout moment when she landed a seat next to Colin Cowherd as co-host of SportsNation. She was soon named to host ABC’s Winners Bracket, a segment of highlights included on ESPN Sports Saturday, with Marcellus Wiley.

Michelle’s charismatic personality soon earned the blonde bombshell her own show on NBC Sports Network, called The Crossover with Michelle Beadle. At one point, Michelle shared the desk with Dave Briggs before hosting the show on her own.  While with NBC, she also served as a correspondent for Access Hollywood in addition to providing coverage for the 2012 Olympic Games in London. In March 2014, Michelle made her return to ESPN, back in her original role as a beloved host of SportsNation. Now one of the most recognizable faces in the broadcasting industry, Michelle has also appeared on numerous programs like The Today Show, Entertainment Tonight, and Extra.

Even off air, this television personality can’t seem to stay away from sports; she is a fan of both professional wrestling and the Houston Astros. Michelle also loves dogs.
