Golf Motivational Speaker Cheyenne Woods is a professional golfer on the LPGA Tour. Cheyenne is known as the niece of famous golfer Tiger Woods, but her game is quickly proving she is ready to make a name for herself in the game of golf. Cheyenne earned her LPGA Tour card at the beginning of the 2015 season. Aside from her impressive performance on the course, Cheyenne has been regarded as one of the most beautiful women in golf. Her good looks, warm personality and famous last name are sure to make Cheyenne a marketer’s dream as she continues to build the foundations of her promising career.

Cheyenne first picked up a golf club in that same old garage where her famous uncle honed his skills. The story goes that Cheyenne’s Grandpa, the late Earl Woods, was the first to proclaim that she was a natural and would be a knockout on the LPGA Tour one day. She idolized her uncle and his grand achievements. His success motivated her to pursue her own dreams and work hard to earn her place amongst golf’s greatest female players. She attended Xavier College Preparatory Private High School in Arizona where she won 2 5A State Golf Championships.

She chose to move cross country to North Carolina to attend Wake Forest University on a golf scholarship from 2008-2012. Wake Forest boasts a stout golf program producing a number of PGA Tour greats including the legendary Arnold Palmer. While playing for the Demon Deacons, Cheyenne helped the ladies team bring home the Atlantic Coast Conference Championship in 2011. Cheyenne turned pro when she graduated in 2012, making her professional debut at the 2012 LPGA Championship. Her first professional win came that same year on the SunCoast Ladies Series. 2 years later she snagged her second professional win and first on a major tour at the Volvik RACV Ladies Masters as a member of the Ladies European Tour. As only the 6th African American pro golfer in LPGA Tour history, Cheyenne is a role model for women of color chasing their dreams to become professional athletes.
