Motivational Speaker Aaron Rodgers has shed his underdog title to become one of the top, elite quarterbacks in the NFL. Aaron has spent his whole career with the Green Bay Packers and was the back up for Brett Favre in his final years in Green Bay. After earning the starting job in 2008, Aaron became an instant fan favorite amongst the cheeseheads in Wisconsin. In 2011, Aaron earned Super Bowl and league MVP honors when he lead the Packers to a Super Bowl victory over a talented Pittsburgh Steelers team. In 2014, Aaron was again awarded league MVP honors.

Motivational Speaker Aaron Rodgers humble beginnings started in a small town called Chico in California. College coaches rarely visited the area and Aaron was unable to land a Division I scholarship. He enrolled at Butte College, a junior college in nearby Oroville, California, in 2002. Aaron recorded an outstanding season that resulted in him leading the school to a 10-1 record and a #2 national ranking. The 2002 season caught the attention of scouts from the University of California at Berkley and Aaron found himself starting there the very next season. The time at Berkley allowed him to develop into an exceptional pocket passer while breaking multiple school records and becoming a Heisman finalist in 2004. The underdog entered the 2005 draft and was easily projected to go in the top ten but ended up surprisingly being taken by the Green Bay Packers as the 24th pick.

Even as Aaron entered the pro level of football he was still shadowed by doubters. Aaron had to wait three seasons before his first start. Finally in 2008, after Green Bay elected not to re-sign Favre, Aaron got his chance to be the starter. Since then he has left no doubt as to his abilities on the football field. Aaron has earned Pro Bowl honors in 4 seasons on his way to setting a plethora of franchise and NFL records.
